February 15, 2008 – Early Consideration Deadline

Applying before February 15 will maximize your chances of joining the new teacher pool prior to the start of teacher hiring. This will increase your hiring opportunities, as you will be considered for vacancies as soon as they develop.

April 15, 2008 – Priority Consideration Deadline

Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit their application prior to this deadline to ensure there is enough time to be interviewed and submit the documentation necessary to be considered for hire. The screening and interview and new teacher pool admission process takes an average of 4-6 weeks. Submitting on or before this deadline will allow you to enter the pool and be considered for hire during our peak hiring season.

June 1, 2008 – Final Deadline

To begin teaching on the first day of school, applicants must submit their application on June 1, 2008 .  Applications submitted after this deadline will be processed as needed based on known or expected vacancies.
