Basic Qualifications

Alternate Route candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be eligible to teach on a transitional license.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.50
• Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Pass a criminal background check.
