Library Media Specialists
To be eligible for a position as a Library Media Specialist, you must hold a standard Tennessee or out-of-state license in Library Media. We also accept candidates eligible for alternative licensure in Library Media. Generally, this requires completion of or significant progress in a Master’s of Library Science program.

School Psychologists
The school psychologist participates in the facilitation of the Student Support Process by providing diagnostic, consultative and intervention services on behalf of students. The school psychologist must have skills and experience in administering and interpreting a wide range of diagnostic psycho-educational assessment instruments. The school psychologist utilizes a range of behavioral and academic intervention strategies for consultation with teachers and direct services to students. The ability to complete student evaluation reports in a timely manner, utilize database systems and establish cooperative working relationships are also necessary.
To be eligible for employment as a School Psychologist, you must be licensed as a psychologist or senior psychological examiner by the Tennessee Board of Examiners in Psychology or as a school psychologist by the Tennessee Department of Education.
School Counselors
To be eligible for employment as a School Counselor, you must hold a standard Tennessee or out-of-state license in School or Guidance Counseling. Licensure in other counseling areas will not be accepted. We will not consider candidates eligible only for alternative licensure in school counseling.

School Social Workers
To be eligible for employment as a School Social Worker, you must hold a standard Tennessee or out-of-state license in School Social Work. Licensure in other social work areas will not be accepted. We will not consider candidates eligible only for alternative licensure in school social work.
Speech Pathologists
Speech Pathologists must have knowledge of Alternative/Augmentative Communication (AAC) as well as Assistive Technology and techniques to work with students with mild, moderate and severe disabilities. You must have a broad-based knowledge to complete diagnostic evaluations for both speech and language disorders, be flexible and willing to work with preschool through high school assignments.
To be eligible for employment as a Speech Pathologist, you must hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology with current training and/or experience with therapeutic techniques for school-aged children.
